Insider Action: Multimillion-dollar sell-offs across major U.S. companies

All right, welcome back to Worldwide Exchange. Time for this morning's Insider Action. We're tracking notable Insider stock moves by company directors and executives outside of their pre-planned stock sales. As always, the info comes from Verity Data, but is then confirmed by

the CNBC data team against SEC filings. All right, we're going to start off with Conoco-Phillips CEO Ryan Lance selling more than 500,000 shares for about $46 million. This includes exercising options that expire in February. Conoco shares are down almost 8% this year. Oracle

co-CEO Clay McGorrick selling 10,000 shares for just under $2 million. Oracle stock is down about 30% this quarter and Nvidia board member Mark Stevens selling more than 220,000 shares for $40 million. Stevens, who has served two stints on the board, also sold 350,000 shares

earlier this month. And Micron director Steve Gomo selling 5,000 shares for more than 1 million. Gomo is the former CFO at NetApp. Micron shares are up about 70% this quarter. 3 1 2 3 0 0 0 0 0 0
